could not unpack

I get error messages saying "could not unpack archive...ball_cap_files", "...ballpark_files" etc. when I updated to the latest patch. I tried uninstatlling and reinstalling and got the same messages. I have 7-zip installed. Any idea why this is happening?

Unzip it and put the contents of the unzipped folder in the respective OOTP game folders.

Thanks for the thought, but I tried that. Even copied all the folders over from another computer with the game that is not corrupt and it still didn't work.

I think I got it fixed. I uninstalled the game and manually deleted every folder and file and reinstalled. So far, it's working.
