Trade transactions showing wrong team name

In the players bio screen the trade transactions are showing the
wrong team name at the time of the trade.

I've included screen shot of Dolly Dolson. His bio shows two trades:

July 16th 1918 - he's traded to Toronto. The trade shows the team name as
St Patricks, but they were still the Toronto Arenas at that time. 5 days later
he is sent down from the Arenas.

October 30th 1923 - he's traded to the Hamilton Tigers, but trade shows
team name as Americans. The next day he's sent down from the Tigers.
Franchise didn't become NY Americans until July 1st 1925.

Also the team transaction log for each season incorrectly shows the franchises current name.
e.g. Toronto's transaction log for 1918-19 shows the team as St Patricks rather than Arenas throughout.
The NHL History screen correctly shows the team name as Arenas for 1918-19.
