easiest way to move a save between machines?

I play sometimes on my laptop and sometimes on my desktop. Do not have the time really for two separate worlds anymore. What is easy and fast way to transfer a save file back and forth to play the same world on two machines?

I have usb, cloud drives,

High speed usb drive? That's probably the way I'd go. Change the user data path in the game on both machines to point to the usb drive and you should be plug and play.
