Is this OOTP for Hockey?

Simply put can i do all i get from OOTP in this game but its just hockey instead?

Is it as indepth etc, what does it lack and is the userface similar?

For reference i do have EHM which is an older hockey game from another company, but i dont really want to do the NHL but more a custom league if i can

Basically it is although its customization options are still quite a bit behind where OOTP is at now. But they're adding new stuff in that regard each year
