Crashing When downloading league file

I am running into a problem where when I try to download a league file for an online league, the game stops responding and crashes (not to desktop, it just gets the circle constrantly running)

I have tried changing the FTP settings, I have downloaded a new accountsdata_gms.dat file. So far nothing has worked.

This all started when I got a new modem and router so I suspect it has something to do with that, but I do not know what.

Any help would be appreciated.

P.S. I did search the forums but could not find a similar topic.

This is likely and issue with the ftp settings needing to be changed, as you mentioned.

Unfortunately there's not a lot we can do to help here, because we just don't know the settings required by your specific league. So the best bet is to go over them with your commissioner.

If you still have trouble after that, if you can turn on debug mode and run the process and post your resulting trace file, that might give us an idea of what's going on.
