We are experiencing an issue new to OOTP 24 in our historical fiction (1908) league.

Any draftees that are not from the Feeder League appear to be landing on a DFA, even though there is no DFA in this era (we are under Reserve Era settings).

The players in-game appear to be on the team, but aren't available on the organizational roster (AA) and are listed on the DFA in StatsPlus.

I can usually circumnavigate this error by promoting and demoting the player back to AA (our lowest minor league).

The player nationalities and ages are correct for our league setting.

We haven't had this issue in previous version drafts.
