PTCS #3 This Saturday!

Saturday, July 8 is our third major tournament series of the year - the third Perfect Team Championship Series!

There will be 10 tournaments going on, with participation based on finishing in the Top 128 of the different weekly/daily leaderboards over the past four weeks in each of the 10 PTCS categories!

Here are the formats for each of the PTCS #3 tournaments. Please note that all formats will have a 1985 run environment with DH.

Iron: Iron Defensive Era to Live Open
Bronze: Bronze Defensive Era to Live 1451 Cap
Silver: Silver Defensive Era to Live 1551 Cap
Gold: Gold Defensive Era to Live 1851 Cap
Diamond: Diamond Defensive Era to Live 1951 Cap
Open: Open Defensive Era to Live 2051 Cap
Wildcard: High Gold Floor Defensive Era to Live 2351 Cap
Weekly Tournaments: Non-Live Defensive Era to Live Open
PD Daily: Defensive Era to Live PD
PD Weekly: Defensive Era to Live Double Perfect PD

The tournaments begin at noon ET Saturday, with the finals broadcasted on our Twitch channel, twitch.tv/ootpdevelopments.

If you do well in a PTCS tournament, you will receive points toward a separate PTCS leaderboard, with the Top 64 in those leaderboards after the first 5 PTCSes going to the Perfect Team Master Series!

There will be two separate PTCS leaderboards, one for the Daily/Weekly Traditional PTCSes, and one for the Daily/Weekly Perfect Draft PTCSes, that will funnel into a Traditional Tournament PTMS and a Perfect Draft PTMS.

Here's the point breakdown:

1st – 300 points
2nd – 100
3rd-4th – 75
5th-8th – 40
9th-16th – 20
17th-32nd – 5
33rd-64th – 2
65th-128th – 1

If you finish in the Top 32 of a PTCS, you'll also receive a PTCS-exclusive reward card based on how you did! Here's a look at those prizes, with the first-place prize in the next post!
