Is the mock draft completely broken?

Fictional online league and we are at the draft. Why does the mock draft list players who are not eligible to be drafted according to the draft screen?

Make little sense 23 and 24 year olds should appear on a mock amateur draft but they do.

Any idea why the mock draft lists 8 goalies but the actual draft pool only has 1?

The mock draft is supposed to be limited to draft-eligible players only, so I'm not sure why it'd be doing that. If you right-click on the players who aren't showing up in the draft pool, will it let you draft them?

It is an online league so as GM I cannot try and draft someone. However, the commissioner reported one of the 23 year old players a team tried to draft was not eligible so I expect the answer is no, it will not let you draft them.

It let's me right click on them on the mock screen and select add to draft list but will not actually add them to my draft list if they are not part of the actual draft class.
