ABL - 2 rare spots open

The ABL is moving to OOTP24. We will have 2 rare openings in the league that has been operational since 2012. This is a fictional league w/ hidden actual ratings and uses potential ratings only. 28 teams, 2 leagues, 7 teams per division each. We play 162 game season. We sim typically 5 times a week, 7 days each but, sometimes a bit slower depending on my biz travel.

28 teams, AL/NL, 4 divisions, 7 teams each
162 game schedule

Fictional Rosters, Modern Day baseball
4-5 sims a week, 7 days per sim

We are going to switch to OOTP 24 once this season is over.

Potential ratings only

Challenging league, mature group of experienced OOTP players.

We use Stats+, Slack for communication.

I'd be interested in being a GM for an expansion team in this league. I have a question also about the "Gold Key Reward" system as mentioned in your league's constitution. Goldi points are rewarded for "PR"s. What is a PR?
