Tiebreaking games do not follow the "Force Daytime" option

I run all my leagues to force daytime games, which usually results in games scheduled at 1:05pm. However, when a tiebreaking game is scheduled, the game schedules it at 7:05pm. Not sure if this is a bug or not, but happens for every game to break a tie in the standings.

Not the most annoying thing since I can change the game time using the schedule editor, but it would make sense for all games to follow the "force daytime" option.
