Buying Diamond packs on Steam

I thought there was a way to purchase Diamond packs. Yet when I go on the "buy Packs" it only shows through Gold. Diamond packs can not be bought?

If they can, how do I buy them via Steam, as tat is where I purchased the game back in March/

They were only on for a limited time over the holiday weekend. The packs offered change.
