Historic League in 1983 - One Opening

Mlbe2 is a historic league that started in 1962 and is in the 1983 offseason. Looking for an owner for the Atlanta Braves, and while they have a couple of nice pieces it's likely a rebuild. A few notes on the league:

-Daily 2 week sims keep things moving along
-Scouting On/Coaching & Comp Off
-Modified lottery to minimize extreme tanking
-Draft picks can be traded up to 3 seasons out
-Plan to move to OOTP24 some time later this year, but likely months out
