JR expansion teams

whenever I create a Jr expansion team they are given an arena with 19000 seats or somewhere around there instead of the usual 1100 seats that are common for most JR teams

It'll always default to 18500 regardless of the league, it's just using the same arena template and doesn't try to adjust it to the typical arena for that league. I suppose we could do something like have it change the size to the league average, but most people wind up editing the arena data anyhow.

It is not a big deal just letting people know, and if some times in the future you want to fix it, I have no problem
