Hello,

Can someone explain to me how this works or somewehre that explains this to me? I have never really understood it but each season it just kills my morale because I am never positive and I can NEVER hope to build a new stadium because I never have any points and it takes all season to get positive. The irony here is I am playing as Arizona and in my second season a few games in with -40 points. I even gave up some budget to save 60 points and still negative. I cant change it and I have no way to fix it. The first of the month is no help I have everything turned off and I am getting penalties because of it. I'm really starting to hate this functionality.

Arizona's new arena gets built automatically without cost to you - we had to do that because of what you're seeing, with their insanely small arena it's just not possible to save enough money on your own when you have NHL-level expenses. (Of course, now we know that the Tempe arena isn't going to happen, so we're going to have to see how that situation resolves itself this summer and figure out an alternative approach.)

Maybe some kind of events, random or as a result of objective.... Like I choose to built a new arena whitin the next 5 years. If my team is popular enough maybe the gouvernments/city can help me finantially.

Maybe an option to burrow additional money.

In fact in hockey, most of the arenas are collective projects. Montreal and Toronto did not build their arena. It was always the result of gouvernments and private partners involvements.

Where do I do this? Do I have to wait until July 1st?

I think I know the answer to this but if we move the Coyotes to another city, give them another name and put them in another arena in Commissioner Mode, will it revert to the pre-set new arena?

yeah I am done with Arizona until I can get this figured out. I just cant play all season with no moral or anything else and with a -%. I had to turn on cannot be fired.

It happens on July 1, 2025.

Yes, it's built into the quickstart so it'll always switch to the new arena for 25-26.
