Franchise GOATS, no edits
Having a great time with OOTPB, a wonderful game of strategy and chance. I just finished my first Tigers run from 2020-2046 and one of the most fun aspects for me was watching a player become a franchise legend. My first homegrown legend and HOF player was Frank Falconi, check out his credentials below and share your franchise greats. Some highlights:
7x Cy Young 9x WS champion 10x AS Led the AL in K for 11 straight seasons Franchise record holder in wins(227) and K(3385) I basically blew up a first place team to trade for him and luckily for me it turned out well. By the time he was ready for the show 2 years later, the rest of the team was really taking shape and the rest is artificial history. Frank featured 100mph heat, a wicked curve, and a yo-yo change piece from the left side while also having a career 1.7 bb/9 rate. In addition to his legendary pitching tools, Frank was known for his incredible durability, landing on the DL only twice for short stints in 2709 IP. Perhaps due to the extreme workload of being so durable and more than a full season of Playoff baseball, by the age of 35 Frank's arm had pretty much turned to mush overnight and he quickly retired. |

Would be really interesting to see what he could have done with some better GB tendencies. those HR cost him a lot of WAR and probably a few ERA titles!
I have a couple studs ill have to share later when i get home from work. |

Cool ya, love to check them out. HR were def his kryptonite but he had a knack for giving them up when he could afford to and lots of them were solo shots. OF that put up 30+ ZR and having a bad ass offense to back him up his entire career probably helped offset those HR numbers at least.
