Unchecking "Automatically adjust league strategy..." does not work for 3 of the Strategic Tendencies

When you uncheck "Automatically adjust league strategy when advancing to the next season", the following strategic tendencies change and have to be corrected each Opening Day:

* Hook for Starting Pitcher

* Hook for Relief Pitcher

* Bunting

I'm currently running a historical save where these strategic tendencies are set to "Default", "Default", and "Normal" but these 3 values keep resetting on Opening Day.

The easiest way to verify all of these is with a 19th-century no-minors save. I started one at 1883.

That way you can see the "Bunting" tendency always getting reset back to "High". I suspect this is the reason I noticed this one in particular.

These tendencies reset on Opening Day.
