Rest Status & substitutions

Does anyone know what's the default Rest Status percentage that game uses to do a substitution? 70%, 60%, 25%???

I suppose it's also different for position players and pitchers.

There is an option in strategy to override but would like to know the default first before over engineering my own Strategy setup.

Default is set to 0 for batters, SP and RP. I changed batters to 70 and kept pitchers at 0.

0 means that AI controls substitutions, thats what I'm looking for before manually trying to figure out when those substitutions happen.

It's somewhere around 80% IIRC before they hit yellow.
