Card not showing up after buy

I purchased MLB 2023 Live, LF David Peralta, LAD for 1350pp.

It shows I paid PP for the buy order in one activity and then I got the card from the buy order. I do not see the card anywhere on my roster and the mission still shows this card missing.

Any help would be great. Thanks.

Could you screenshot your transaction log for this? It could be that you actually didn't get the card from the buy order because someone else bought it at that price before you did, and it turned into a buy order and not an actual buy for the player.

This has happened to me, too. Twice now. This time, it was the Chris Hoiles card. Before, it was Jeff Cirilo. I had to sell Jefg Cirilo at a loss because he didn't show up on my team. But I was still able to sell the card.

I found a workaround. Search for the card in the card center. It should show that you own the card. Put it up for sale for a price that no one will buy it. Then immediately cancel the sale order. This skipped past the bug and put the guy on my roster.

I was finally able to see the card in manage roster. It took a while to show up.
