how to check minors？

I have set to all leagues in settings，but I still can’t see “Minor” in team view.
Who can help pls.?

In 2023 live game,I can check minors for each team,but not working in historical season.

If I'm following correctly right next to the team name in your first screen shot there's a down arrow you can select to see your minor league teams.

the first screenshot was 2023 live game save,it contains full minor c system.
the 2nd and 3rd screenshot was historical game(season 2009),I just can't find "minor" button and no minor concludes system.

If you bought any historical seasons or bundles then request a refund. The league creation wizard screen specifically states historical has minor leagues.
"Use the historical database to create any historical MLB league from 1901 to 2022. Teams and players are imported, rated and added to the league. Options include minor leagues, financials and special historical options, such as era-specific strategies."
