Bug: play by play intro miscounting SP starts

noticed this multiple times, it's 2nd or 3rd time appearance of a SP and the text introducing the pitcher incorrectly says it is start number "one less than it really is"

It doesn't affect the stats from what I see but it is glaring play-play error

In attached this is williams 3rd start, not second
