dewelar Major Leagues Join Date: May 2013 Posts: 416	Substitutions not being announced There seems to be an issue with the game not announcing substitutions under certain conditions. Every time I switch away from the game screen and then back and a PH has come in, when I start the next play the game hesitates for a couple seconds, displays "..." at the top of the PBP window, then carries out the play without announcing the substitution in either text or voice.
