Standings are messed up a bit

Not sure what is causing this

Just an update to the missing data problem on the division standings.

I played up to July 1st, which is when you can edit your league and it structure and do other things. I saw that my only mistake that I did make was leave "penalty shots" at 3. I changed it to 0 and that fixed the problem because now the division standings screen is correct contains all the information it should.
