FaceGen Headshots Turn Black/Disappear

Has anyone encountered facegen guys disappearing after a trade to another team, or if you go in and out of a game? I keep having that happen to players where their headshot will disappear (and then at times reappear later) within the game.

The first thing here would be to make sure you're updated to the latest patch, build 52, as we fixed several similar issues over the first couple patches.

The next thing to do would be to make sure your video card drivers are up to date.

Let us know if those steps fix things for you or not.
