How important are staff roles
I accidentally went a full season without my assistants coaching catchers infielder outfielder etc. how important is that to development and does it only develop defense?

you will find an improvement among players. At least i have noticed it and has served me well. Be wise in choosing which coach or base coach you want as you will see their abilities of what they will boost players on
