Cannot designate a DH midgame.

After in injury, I moved my DH to 1B, but was unable to make another player the DH. The game play is stopped because I can't complete my lineup and I cannot make another player the DH, even the original one who I moved to first.

Once the DH is removed, you cannot put someone else as DH. The pitcher must bat the rest of the game
