Not Crashing - but constantly hangs connecting to server

This is really frustrating and is making the game almost unplayable...here are the symptoms but they all seem related.

Note - there are times when this is worse than others and has gotten worse over the past week

- When opening packs sometimes it hangs connecting to card server for several minutes
- Sometimes it will seem to be delayed where I click on a button (say to buy a card, or submit a team, or display a tourney list) and it takes 1-2 minutes to go through. If I do multiple actions, it will then complete the multiple actions immediately (ex, submit team, quick buy, and them submit team again)
- After typing userid and password and clicking login it will sometimes work, and sometimes take 1-2 minutes.

PC. Standalone install, never had these issues with the prior game. Installed as admin.

This usually happens as a result of something on your local network blocking the game's connection with the server.

So the first steps here are to make sure to whitelist OOTP in your firewall and well as check any internet security software from your ISP that may be on your system, and make sure to whitelist OOTP there as well.

Ill reboot and try a bit more to get a better sample size. I just hung for 30 seconds on a pack and then it opened though

If you have another network available to connect to, I'd also recommend trying that, even if not as a permanent solution, just to see if it makes a difference.

As mentioned in my last post too, check to see if you have any security software from your isp installed. Sometimes you might might not even know this is there, but this sort of thing can often be set up to be very aggressive at blocking connections to the network.

I tried and it's still having issues with a delay. So I tried via my hotspot and no issues. I dont see my ISP (ting) making changes on their end. That kinda stinks.

interesting that its happening with 24 and not 23. Seems like something is different between the 2 apps that is getting blocked

As far as I know nothing in the code should've changed here. So it is a bit puzzling.
