A couple points of clarification...

I assume you mean 90 games = 15 * 3 * 2.

Should the schedule start or end in mid-July? I am guessing end, because...

The 138-game schedule in https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...d.php?t=345812 I made 153 days with 15 offdays (12 "regular" plus 3-day All-Star break). Similar here would go about 102 days, which would work starting in rather early April if ending in mid-July. Wanted to make sure that fairly-rare-offdays setup was good and fit with everything.

I *think* what I meant, because apparently I can't do math, is 2 2-game series, 1 H, 1 A, for each of the 15 other teams in the sub-league. No interleague.
And sorry, I meant that the league should start early/mid July, ending in early/mid September. Minimal off-days is fine as this will be used for the Rookie Level Complex leagues so travel distance is minimal (much like Spring Training).
