Two Questions

If I create a league with only 16 Teams, will the pool of free agents also be adjusted so that there aren't as many good players available as it would be in a 30 team league?

Also, are the salary demands of players directly affected by the Salary Cap? In other words, would a player requesting $7M in a league with a $50M salary cap seek the same amount in a $80M cap?

If you are using a fictional setup teh % of FA should be similar, reguardless of # of teams

Unfortunatly a salary cap will not chage a players demands, you are beeter off playing without a cap, in my opinion
