Ramon Laureano suspension

Ramon Laureano starts the 23 season with a suspension to finish, but that's from the '21 offseason going into '22. He was suspended in 2021 with a suspension to end on May 8, 2022. That seems to have carried over into this year's game, as he's suspended for the first several weeks from the a's in any '23 games
