Repeatable crash when selecting IFA dropdown in historic setup

Getting crash at exact same moment in Advance Setup for historic league. Repeated the crash 100% of the times I've attempted it, regardless of troubleshooting variables I account for.

The moment I enable Generate International Free Agents via the drop down menu, the game instantly crashes.

Fresh reboot.
Drivers up to date.
Brand new (used for about 3 days now), perfect health SSD.
Running via Steam with updated game client.
Steam overlay disabled.
Repeatable with Discord completely closed.
Repeatable with no other software running.
Crashes in both fullscreen & windowed mode
PC - Windows 11 clean install
AMD Ryzen 7900 (using iGPU for now) with 16GB DDR5 RAM

I know we fixed some IAFA related issues in the public beta patch.

Just tested & the crash did not occur on the beta.
