Since he is out the year, its it safe to assume he will be a 100 all year as no 2023 in season performance to lower rating like Paxton from last year (although he was an 87 I believe).?

It was that way for 100 Tatis last year so I’d assume yes.

And Tatis was a suspension, not even an injury IIRC.
