Many UI Screens are messed up and unplayable

Hi, many of my UI screens are completely unplayable, ranging from cut off buttons to screens like this. I know OOTP 23 struggled with my 14 inch screen, but is there a way to fix this?

What resolution is this in?

Also, does switching from full-screen to windowed (or vice-versa) make any difference for you?
