Can't seem to get to right hand side of the screen

Whenever I try to scroll down ont he right hand side of the screen when in anything like card missions and stuff like that, the up and down arrows and the bar to scroll up and down are missing or tucked deep on the side where I can't get to it.

I've tried changing the resolution and changing fontsd and changing font sizes but nothing seems to work.

Also, it seems like to select anything I have to go slightly above the name to get it to open instead of being right on it.

Help?

It's the same in windowed view and in full-screen view, I assume?

What resolution are you in?

If you adjust the resolution or even the text size in the settings, you should be able to find a setting that will fix this.
