Challenge mode packs

In previous versions of OOTP, when a challenge pack was earned, there was a pop-up after the achievement that generated it. I have not seen that in this version. I have won 3 packs, one for each of my teams, but do not know exactly when it was won.

Is this a change, or a bug?

Every time I hover over the Challenge Mode icon, it says I have to manage 20 more plays in order for in-game achievements to count.

What am I doing wrong here?

I figured it was pretty obvious that play had been played.

Can confirm that the Challenge Mode packs do not generate pop-ups letting the player know they received them in 24.
