Loyalty Bonus Program Cards Gone

Just opened all the packs from the loyalty bonus program and set up my team. But there was an error when submitting the team that would not go away no matter what I did. Ended up restarting the game and all the cards from the loyalty packs are now gone and there are no unopened packs in my account.

Anything I can do to get the cards or the packs back?

Check your inactive roster. They're still there.
