PT+ Issue Resolved

Hello, everyone.
Apologies for the hiccup with the launch of PT+, but it's been resolved and we should be good moving forward. In the meantime, we've identified some PP purchases that didn't get the proper bonus through PT+. Those will be taken care of soon. If anyone has any questions, concerns or issues, please contact me.

Do we need to wait or log out for it to work? I bought my PT+ at like 9am but I'm still getting an error message that the license can't be redeemed yet.

Bought PT+, it says I'm a PT plus member, but I don't have access to the ballparks.

Also, the ballparks that say "Extreme Pitcher" are in fact the great hitters parks, and the ones that say "Extreme Hitter" are good pitchers parks, so someone got something backwards.

That's the error message I get when I try to log in to my new OOTP24 PT.

I just updated from the Beta to the Official version this morning, but it's not letting me play PT.

Am I doing something wrong?

My username = webrian

With the switch from the beta to live, the account you used for beta won't work any more.

You need to either log into your OOTP23 account or create a new account for 24.

After several reboots and a couple hours. I ensured I installed over the original beta first. No other issues logging in.
I will just cancel it and wait to see if it is fixed if not working by tomorrow.
