GUI Issue: Menu Bar Spacing Changes after Minimize / Restore

When restoring the game to display after minimizing it to the taskbar, the spacing for the menu bars under the main header changes, shrinking each time you minimize and restore the game window up to a maximum of 7 cycles (at the window size noted below), at which point the spacing has reached its most compressed point.

I have found only a font size change or a restart as ways to revert the spacing to standard.

Platform: Windows 11 PC
Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 1070 (stock)
Interface Settings:
-- Display Mode: Windowed
-- Window Size: User Defined (1904x993)
-- Font: Default
-- Font Size: Small font size

Alternate scenarios:
-- Changed Window Size to 1920x1080: spacing started at a more compressed state and compressed further each minimize / restore cycle up to the 4th cycle

-- Changed Display Mode to Full Screen: full screen removes the ability to minimize the window; however, on my multi-monitor set-up, changing focus to a different monitor forces the game window to minimize; when this is done, the same spacing compression happens in the same manner as when the game is in Windowed mode

-- Changed Font Size to Standard: the compression still occurs, but the increased font size makes it less of a problem because even at max compression on the spacing, the menu commands remain distinct without overlap.

Screenshots below are all using Windowed mode with custom resolution and small font size:
-- Top left: Compression after one minimize / restore cycle
-- Top right: Compression after 3 cycles
-- Bottom left: Compression after 5 cycles
-- Bottom right: Compression after 7 or more cycles

Additional Screenshots: Standard Font Size, Same Issue

I also replicated the issue using the Standard font size, these screenshots show normal spacing (left) and the compressed spacing after 7 or more cycles.

I also tried using other fonts (OOTP 22 -- left, Assistant -- right) and encountered the same issue.
