Carolina League Divisional Alignment Wrong?

Standard game build 37...the Carolina League in-game consists of 3 divisions of 4 teams each. In 2022 IRL, it was 2 divisions of 6 teams each. I searched the internet to see if the alignment for the IRL 2023 season was going to be different from the 2022 season and could find no evidence of such a change.

We can probably fix this up, but it might not be immediately given that we'd need to have a new schedule built.
