Too Many Int’l Amateur Free Agents generated from America, South Africa

I’m seeing many international free agents generated from Sotuh Africa as well as America. Unsure why American players would be considered as such, I assume the South African thing is related to recent int’l league patches but seems strange so many players would be coming from there.

Would greatly prefer to see these FICTIONAL players generate from realistic nations.

This is a league setting that you can change yourself to get whatever values you want. Go to league settings > players and on the left of that screen, you can adjust this.

Which pool specifically controls the generation of International Amateurs? None of the pools in this save have South Africa enabled as a source of players.

It would be a combination of default player origins (the game will take the int guys from the mix here) and international scouting discoveries.

For the South African thing, I guess it would be helpful to have your league files to check out, if it's possible for you to upload those.

When you set the nations for IAFA, did you leave the option of a certain % at random? If so, that could be where your South African players come from.
