Coaching Staff
I was curious about the staff.
You have a goalie coach, defensive coach, offensive coach, skill coach and trainer. Is there any benefit to having more of them? I seem to have a couple holdovers and wondering if they add to player development or not. Thanks |

It's my understanding that coaches 'player management' skill can have some impact in helping to maintain positive harmony. Though info about coaches impact isn't detailed much anywhere, even the official game manual.

Right, but what about additional staff other than the ones listed as the lead guy in those slots. I seem to have a couple extra hanging around

I think I now have my answer.
Coaches mean nothing and have little to no impact on the random simulations. ![]() |
