Game download very slow right now

I just re-installed Windows and am trying to get all my software back. Everything else is downloading fast and with no problem, but my OOTP (non-steam) says like 4 to 8 hours left (0.1/1.6 GB).

What is going on? I have downloaded multiple steam games and other software, no problem.

Tried again the next day. 1.6 GB downloaded in about 40 minutes. At least I got it eventually...

Did a speed test of my provider and it is 457Mb down/477Mb up.
