Small Addition to League Player Creation

I know it's probably too late to add this, but I figured it'd be good to put out there anyways.

I love the freedom OOTP gives us, but the current way players are created leaves a lot to be desired. If I wanted to, for example, create a AAAA quality British league, I could set all the PCM’s to .850 and get a league with teams that are around a AAAA level. The problem is that the .850 applies equally to every player, so the league can’t create top level MLB talent the same way a real league at that level would.

As someone who likes the play around with the league creator, this has been a problem for years. It’s why, even before all the international leagues were removed, having the game generate international established players was always more realistic than having them come over from the international leagues like they do irl. Any PCM setting that allows for the creation of elite major league players will also flood your world with 50-60 overall guys in a way you just don’t see in real life.

The solution to this, imo, is to give players a tool to control the spread of talent in a league. If we could set it up so the league creates more “bench” and “scrub” level players while maintaining the default level of “legendary” and “star” players produced, it’d go a long way towards making worlds with multiple leagues feel real.

You cant have players that start with mlb ability but they can become that way with talent randomness. In a lower level league, you shouldn't get too many anyways. Not sure how else you could simulate that though

On the free agent page on the far right is a tab to create players, you can pick how well-developed they are. and what level of player. I find this the best way to improve my draft. I would post the image, but can't open the game till the 21st.

Yeah I’m aware, I chose to use the terms legend and scrub because the game can already generate players at those levels. I’m just asking for the ability to influence how often players at those levels are generated. Just having all those labels with the option to generate very few, few, default, more and much more for each one would go a long way towards fixing things
