Question RE Facegen/Online Leagues

I've joined an online league, I use facegen, the commish who sims the files does not.

I've found that I will setup my game with my facegen files etc all well and good and then each time I import the new league file it reverts to some players having the T-Pose jersey picture (I assume this is the standard replacement from the global directory 'pictures').

Also the setting for facegen will be disabled and the setting for pictures will be enabled.

Is this likely to happen everytime? Will the settings always be altered to this? If so, is there anyway to amend this in an update or anything else that can be done? It seems strange to have an entire league unable to benefit from their own custom facegens etc. I've downloaded the mod from the forum here that guys have spent 100's of hours working on and would love to have it enrich my MP experience as well as my SP but not if I have to reapply it at each sim stage.
