Fictional Game Creation questions

So I have a Custom game going and tried to create a Farm system with Colleges attached to draft from. Is there a way to cap the ages of those created leagues. I have college players at age 30 and former minor league players now signing with the college teams. Same thing is happening with my junior teams

The breakdown structure that I'm aiming for is
Major League(18-x)
Minor League(18-x)
Div I and DIV II College Leagues(18-22) / Major Junior Leagues(3) (16-22)
Junior League(15-18)

I just kind of went through the process (of league creation) and I could not find anywhere where there could possibly be options to limit the ages of players in the respective leagues.

I was going to say there was, but I had to make sure and I just cant find it.
