Owner's take of financial points changes after reload

In my multiplayer league, during our annual finance settings on july 1st, the amount of points the owners takes changes after each reload for some teams, it will vary from going all the way into the negative teens to just above 0 all the way to 120ish after each reload, sometimes it'll hit the same numbers, or be within a few points of each other.

Other teams are consistent and dont change after reloads so wondering why its just some teams.

I attached some screenshots from one of the teams, all taken on july 1st with no selections made only the amount the owner takes changing.

There is 2-3 teams (so far) that have this issue currently

Just to clarify: is the change happening when the commissioner reloads, the owners do, or both?

Both when logged in as commissioner as well as the GM. each time the file is reloaded/ opened it will change, however once you are in the file (regardless of who you log in as) the number is the same until you close the game.

Even when pulling exports it wont save the value the GM saw when they made the export, IE the screenshots below i just took after pulling exports from the FTP server (where it is -85.2) vs what values they saw when making the export (+27.4).

Not sure if this is soley tied to historical MP or a bug for the whole financial system.

(edit: Since pulling exports the number hasnt changed, however its stuck in the negative which isn't really helpful nor fair to the GM, and the only way to try to get that postive is to edit the teams budget, fanbase numbers, etc... to get it so they're changes can actually go through)

Odd, if the cause is what I think it might be, it should do that to every team, not just a few. But if you can upload the save file we can have a look and try to see what's going on there.

sorry for the delay, this is the july 1st file when we were mainly seeing the issue
