Stadium Growth

I'm new to the fictional Sim part of OOTP, I'm wondering if there is a way to get each teams stadium to grow in attendance automatically or is that something I need to do manually over time?

If you mean attendance (rather than capacity), that's something that changes over time as a result of team performance, ticket prices, etc. You can improve it by lowering ticket prices, but that doesn't always have the long-term effect you might want; ultimately the thing that'll bring fans to the park is a good team.

Alternatively, if you're looking for a quick fix, commissioner mode allows you to edit fan interest and loyalty, which would also affect attendance.

If you mean stadium capacity, that's something you can edit in commissioner mode as well, through the ballpark menu in your team's page.
