Personnel especially Scouts in OOTPB 23

The OOTPB 23 game when creating a historical game does not show any Scouts on any team nor do any Scouts show in the league Personnel to select for a team. There are other personnel to select such as Managers, Bench Coaches, etc. but no Scouts. Please fix this.

Also, while at it, there are some Trainers to select in Personnel but very few. Can this be fixed to add more?

Hey Mark000$,

So historical games won't have the large database of FA personnel like a standard start would have. You can create personnel to help give more depth and options if you'd like to on the available personnel page. Also some historical starts will begin with 100% accuracy or even the scouting system turned off which disables scouting directors. So you will want to check your scouting settings under game settings to see what you currently have setup for that.
