No Twitch Drops Anymore?

Why do I not get any drops on Twitch anymore? I sit there and no progress is made no matter who I am watching. This has been a problem for me for at least a month or longer. Any ideas?

Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting?

So there are 2 parts to getting a drop into your OOTP game. Which part is not working for you?

1. Watching a streamer with Drops Enabled, after watching for 15 minutes are you not getting a drop for your Twitch account?

If you are watching a streamer with drops enabled, if you refresh your browser after they are live, you should get a little drop window at the top of the chat box on the right side of the screen, saying you are eligible to get drops, clicking on that would take you to your drops inventory screen, where it shows you progress on your next OOTP drop. If this is not working, there would seem to be a problem with your browser not being properly logged into your Twitch account. You have to be logged into your Twitch account for drops to register.

2. If you are getting a drop in your Twitch account, is it not showing up in your OOTP game?

If this is the part not working, then your Twitch account and your OOTP game are not properly connected, and need to be reconnected for the drops to automatically show up in your game.

#1 is my problem. I watch but the % usually will go no higher than 6-13%. Most of the time it never gets to 1%. Doesn't matter how long I am there. I refresh and refresh. I close and reopen. Once in a blue moon I will get a drop to complete and it goes to my game. It worked perfectly till sometime around the first of the year.

Edit: After 1 hour I managed only to get to 33%, which is the best I have done in a while.

I've already asked that, he said it didn't work.

rwd: I would suggest filing a ticket with Twitch themselves. I have no clue why drop progression is so slow for you.

If you are using an iPhone or iPad to watch streams you can't be doing anything else or you will not be credited progress (even PIP). If you use a Mac you cannot use a your browser that you are using to watch twitch to do anything else or the same thing. You can use a different browser or another app, however. Twitch has been cracking down to increase "engagement" that is why you may be seeing a difference. If you have a PC or an Android device, the above may not apply.

I believe this is the problem. I went to another browser and have completed a drop in the normal amount of time. Thanks!!
