Fictional League Amateur Draft Issue

I have a been running a fictional league with an annual amateur draft. The game has run from 2019 to 2032 but the amateur draft has remained 'stuck' in the year 2027. Subsequent drafts have been scheduled but without new players seeming to be generated. Each new year's draft page states that the draft has passed with the date continuing to show 6/5/2027. The draft worked perfectly until 2027.

My league was originally created with promotion and relegation between two separate leagues. I changed to running one league (getting rid of promotion and relegation) in 2027, so I expect my issue may be related to this, but I can't work out which settings I may need to change in order to get the draft working properly again.

I have searched the forums at length to try and find a solution, but without success, so apologies if this message is in the wrong section.

Any help would be most gratefully received.
