Offered Contracts Bugged

Hello,
I am currently playing as a GM in the HockeyAllsvenskan with the Almtuna IS. There is a bug where I offer a FA a contract then after they get a better offer. This sends me an email and that email has negotiate offer. When I click on negotiate offer it just says they are not interested. This then doesn't allow me to sign them or cancel my offer and thus having offered contract money that I can't get back.

Can you upload the save where this is happening (uploading instructions here) and give me some examples of players you saw this happen with?

The file is "fgh.Ig" and the two players it happened with are Jimi Junkkari and Leo Sahlin Wallenius.
